The information may also occasionally be used by Graphic Products (this is a Graphic Products web site) for promotional reasons such as notifying you of special offers, new equipment, new services or significant changes to our web site.

Graphic Products does not trade, sell or rent any personal or company information to other parties.

A secure server is used for all online orders. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information that you enter before it is sent to us, protecting it during transfer. In addition, all gathered customer information is protected against unauthorized access.

In order to provide both great pricing and excellent service, our online ordering system has the following limitations:

1. Orders may be placed by Fortune 5000 companies, government agencies and educational institutions only.

2. In most cases the value of an order must be at least $90.00 (excluding shipping). Some items may require a higher minimum order. A $7.00 fee applies to orders tha are below the minimum.

3. New customers, including those purchasing with a credit card, may be asked for additional credit information.

4. For new customers, we reserve the right to ship to the billing address.
