Adhesive-backed continuous vinyl is the most commonly used material for making signs and labels. It features the durability, quality, and versatility for use with most any application.
DuraLabel 7000 industrial-grade vinyl is available in three widths and over 30 colors. Two-color tapes are also available in white with a color header. They are used to print danger or warning labels.
Arc Flash Labels - Both die-cut and continuous vinyl tapes can be used for making arc flash labels.
Die-cut labels are available in the standard size 4" x 6" and the Super size 7" x 10.5". Pre-formatted die-cuts ensure that your arc flash labels are consistent and compliant with industry standards.
Arc flash labels can also be printed by the DuraLabel 7000 with continuous vinyl. Solid color tapes or two-color tapes with a white body and a different-colored header may be used. Using continuous vinyl provides greater flexibility in how the label is designed and what information is included.
RTK Labels - NFPA diamond and color bar RTK labels are available for the DuraLabel 7000. They are offered in a variety of die-cut label sizes.
Other Die-Cut Labels - These are labels that are
cut to a preset size. They include preprinted text, such as a WARNING
or DANGER header. Blank rectangle, circle, and oval die-cut labels are
also available.
